Casa Bella is part of the Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes complex which is a beautifully landscaped Key West inspired village located off Canal Road in Orange Beach.
This recently remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home features soothing coastal decor and all the comforts of home. The living room has a coastal contemporary feel and has a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen television. The open kitchen is fully equipped and showcases white cabinetry and appliances and the dining area table seats six people. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen television. The bathroom has an extended single sink vanity and a tub and shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions. The full guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. Enjoy a peaceful afternoon sitting on the back patio around an outdoor table with four chairs.
Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes is a wonderful location with many amenities including a stocked fishing pond gazebo swimming pool clubhouse and parking spots right outside your front door. Looking for entertainment and shopping? This villa is located just a mile from The Wharf complex with multiple restaurants a movie theater a 5-story high Ferris wheel upscale shopping marina and amphitheater. Interested in sports? Casa Bella is just a quick half mile to the Orange Beach Sports Complex and not far from the Gulf Shores Sports Complex and Foley Sports complex. The Orange Beach Golf Center is a half mile down the road. The Gulf State Park has miles of fabulous hiking and biking trails and is just four miles away. Is the beach calling you? Casa Bella is approximately 3 miles from the Cotton Bayou Public Beach with free parking a bathhouse and outdoor shower.
This property is pet friendly for one (1) dog only with a size restriction up to 50 lbs. If applicable the pet fee is $150.00 in addition to the reserved price of the property.
This non-smoking pet-friendly villa rents monthly from November to Feb 1 and has 2 assigned parking spaces. Minimum age to rent is 25.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Unit was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home. The cleaning crew could have done a better job because there was sand on the floor and some of the pots and pans had food caked on them. Overall the place was very nice. We would stay there again in the future.

Lovely house. It had everything we needed and then some. We were surprised by how many different small appliances there were in the house. In addition to the usual, it had a crockpot and a little George Foreman. Wish we could have stayed longer. Some things to improve on is the WiFi. We couldn’t watch a whole movie on the TV without it kicking us off. Same with the kids (ages 4 & 6) on their tablets. My mom uses a rollator to get around. This house was very spacious and was easy for mom to get to things with ease. She stayed in the master bedroom.
Some great things we did while there were: play at the pool, Alligator Alley, Dinosaurs in the Woods, West Public Beach, and The Fun Boats Dolphin Tours. The West Public Beach had handicap mats for mom to access the beach which was extremely helpful! The Dolphin Tour was awesome! We took mom and the kids on the sunset cruise. The young man helping on the boat was awesome with mom and the kids. On our way back from observing the dolphins and the water fight, he gathered all the kids to the back of the boat and gave them a lesson about various sea life and let the kids hold hermit crabs, minnows, shrimp, blue crabs, and something else I can’t remember.

Over all it was a great stay. Just what we needed. In between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach families we were visiting. Great location close to food.

The unit itself was outstanding! Very clean and well equipped, great location. Within 2-3 minutes from great restaurants and 5-10 minutes from the beach. The only negatives were that some areas of the property looked scruffy and could use some maintenance. The pool area was ok, but small. The walkway around the pond was deteriorating and needs replacement.
However, if you are looking for a spacious, clean, easily accessible location and are not looking for a beachfront property, I would highly recommend Orange Beach Villas - Casa Bella.
