We had a wonderful time at this condo. The location on perdidio key was awsome and the condo unit was exactly as described. We will definitely rent again

We loved our beautiful condo weekend at Beach Colony!
Only issue was that communication about the check-in process was lacking, and we never received our door key pad code. It took nearly an hour on the phone trying to reach someone who could help.

We stayed for a long weekend. The checkin process was absolutely insane. Every code they sent did not work. It took 20 minutes to get a person on the phone. She was really nice and we went through 5 codes together. It was 98 degrees and we were stuck outside waiting for hour half. The cleaning people showed up to clean the condo an hour after we were supposed to check in. They allowed us to sit on couch while they cleaned due to extreme heat for my elderly dad. We were just grateful they could get in and allow us some air. The maintenance people finally came to fix lock but also couldn’t get it to work. We were finally given an emergency code.
After settling in, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and the the ocean water was clear. I would recommend better contact and/or information for mishaps.
