The Space:
This tropical unit has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We loved our condo and our stay at waterscape!! The views from the balcony were beautiful! There was plenty of room for my family of 5.

We absolutely loved waterscapes…it is perfect for families. The condo we stayed in was clean, decorated perfectly. The bedding was super comfortable.
The kitchen area is greatly lacking. They had no frying pans, baking sheets or seasonings. There were empty cabinets in the kitchen.
I also found it odd that they didn’t have beach towels for their guests, sand toys or a cooler. Any places we’ve ever rented on a beach has these items available.
Additional blankets would have been nice too.
House keeping did an amazing job. The condo was spotless. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. She allowed us to check in early, which was really nice of her.
I would absolutely stay at Waterscapes again but I wouldn’t stay at the particular condo unless they provided the items I mentioned above. The condo really is perfect for a family of four.

This property was amazing! It was so clean and beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the beach service and all of the amenities! We will definitely stay here again!!!
