The host reached out personally which was nice. The condo is small but very comfortable and well equipped. The little private balcony looking at the ocean was heaven. Amenities at the complex are nice.

The process of getting parking pass was complicated due to poor email/ Link set up.If I had known there was a 40 parking pass at the beginning of rental process, I would not have taken that property.
