Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable, well-decorated living space with a fully equipped kitchen loaded with appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups, glasses, plates, and everything you need to prepare meals with family and friends. The living area features a flat-screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa, a single recliner, and balcony access with a side view of the beach. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV.
Please note that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are on-site laundry facilities for your convenience.
For winter reservations during January and February, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made prior to October 1st. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Please note that boats are not allowed on the property.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
