About this house rental
**Newly Renovated House**
This is a wonderful four bedrooms with three full bathrooms house, perfect for your visit to Indianapolis. Located only 5 miles from downtown and close to all the cities main attractions like Motor Speedway, Convention Center, Zoo and The Lucas Oil Stadium.
Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Three full bathrooms; well stocked will all hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, make up remover, shower caps and fresh clean towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils :
Dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, bowls and coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, sugar and creamer. Cleaning supplies, rags, paper towels, dish washer soap would also be found.
Living room with a flat screen ** Rocku TV** and high speed internet. Private garage and parking for up to 4 cars.
Guest have access to the entire house. Please make your self comfortable like its`s your home away from!

** Guest have NO ACCESS to the Mechanical Room**
Our guests have their own space. They will not be bothered for anything. If they need assistance or have questions or concerns they can contact me anytime and I will be more than glad to help them.
This is not a house for gatherings, events, or any type of parties. Smoking is not allowed in our home. Please be respectful.
We would greatly appreciate sharing travel plans as approximate check in/ check out times and the day of your departure just a brief message saying you have left. If an early check in or a late check out is needed, please let me know in advance. I would love to help with any special requests if at all possible.
Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.
Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.
Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property.

The house was nice. It would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at one of your houses last year also.

This was a wonderful well maintained clean house. We love our stay there. We also loved the proximity to restaurants and driving distance to Lucas Oil stadium. The neighboorhood around very quiet, clean, and safe. Excellent experience. Thanks
