I think if you are looking a place that is one hour away in almost every direction from great hiking, this would be a great base camp. I made some suggestions that would easily make this place a five star experience. I only gave it four, however, would go back because Bevan, the owner, was responsive and open to ideas and feedback, really good guy. It’s a good value compared to places closer to Zion, imo.

The check in was effortless and the location was great. The unit was comfortable and clean. My only complaint were the flat pillows.
