About this apartment rental
Clubhouse Pool, hot tub, Wide Master Bedroom with walking Closet, A front Balcony with sliding Glass Doors (9' Interior Walls). Open Kitchen with Island counter in center. Black Appliances. Washer/Dryer Included. Soft Water through out the Condominium. Ceiling Fan. New Furniture through out. Flat screen TVs in each room. with fold out queen size couch. Swimming Pool Outside with hot tub. Fitness Room in Clubhouse. 4 digit code is only given out day of check in.
We reserve the right to a 'no later check-in time of 4pm'.
If the traveler doesn't agree to our late check-in fee, the traveler runs the risk of us not admitting them into the condo.
We guarantee the property clean upon arrival at 4pm. We do monitor the number of guests arriving (an additional guest fee is charged over two people).
We do not allow third party reservations. The primary renter has to be at the premises at all time.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at more than a dozen different properties in The Springs and this one was comparable as far as comfortable beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc. My only complaint was I’ve never had to pay extra for WiFi as required by this owner.

The stay was fine but as we are both in the 80's, so the second floor was kind of hard with the cooler and suitcases. Some of the dishes were not clean but we ran them thru the dishwasher. Would not recommend for older adults.
