This stilted home offers a ground-floor patio, where you can grill in the afternoons and relax for a while in the shade. Ascending a flight of exterior stairs, you'll be greeted by a covered deck and interior living space with central air conditioning and generous windows. Open and full of light, the main living area includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both a glass table and a breakfast bar, and a sitting room with two sofas and a TV with streaming capability.

The house was just as listed in a quiet neighborhood and very clean when we arrived. The porch was amazing and had plenty of seating for everyone. The beach is a short walk and the bikes were great for getting around to local stores and restaurants. Overall a great experience!!

Wonderful house! Has everything you need and in great area!!! We love sitting on the porch but they were doing construction on about five houses to the right and the left of us which was very loud unfortunately. So we didn’t get to enjoy the porch much during this stay. But we will be back for sure!!!

My husband was in Pensacola for 2 weeks of training, so we looked for a place to stay as a family during the weekend before he comes back home to Jax. We’ve stayed in Seagrove before, usually at the same house in Greenway Park. This house was smaller but it was actually better for our family of 5 (two teenagers, one sharing a bed with our 3-year-old). The proximity to beach without crossing busy streets, and the wraparound porch make all the difference. House is nicely equipped with an outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, shaded parking and gas bbq grill. Very clean, owners have left a pleasant assortment of spices and kitchen gear for those who actually plan to cook while here. The buffer of trees and vacant lot next door make it seem quiet and secluded. Definitely planning to book this one again.
