Sit around the large Smart TV in the living room, or rock and chat on the balcony's hammock swings. When you aren't indulging in local fare, the full kitchen presents a full suite of stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a center island.
Equally bright, the four bedrooms are lined with high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and private TVs. The home's bathrooms are just as impressive with their large vanities, marble finishes, and showers/tubs. Upstairs, the loft room presents the perfect space for the kids to hang out and tune into their weekly morning cartoons. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out Casa De Playa's interior perks. Four adult bikes are also available for guest use.
Outside, enjoy sitting on the covered patio, sipping on a sweet beverage, or making a splash into the private pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was fantastic and within a short walk to private beach and near by restaurants. Truly enjoyed visiting Seaside’s community center which had the best food and shops. We spent a lot of time at the pool as well, very glad we decided to get that! Would definitely recommend and revisit! Thank you!!

It was the perfect house for our family and it provided all the amenities we needed. We were so impressed with the options that were provided for us to carry to the beach (wagon, beach chairs, coolers of all sizes, paddle board, boogie boards, etc.) - there was no need to bring so many things from home which made this very easy on us! We will definitely stay here again!
