The house was very clean and had all the things that make it feel like home. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you rent the umbrellas it makes it easy. Enjoyed our time.

This was a very nice house that was the perfect size and configuration for our 3-generation family. Lots of nice features including the swim spa, outside storage closet and outside shower. We were somewhat disappointed in the location. It was a nice, quiet residential area, but you couldn't see or hear the ocean from the house or feel any ocean breeze.

This is second time to stay in the home. We loved itenough to come back. Tons of space to spread out with your family. It’s clean and comfortable. SwimSpa in the back was fun for our littles to play in and for us to rest in on those hot afternoons. We love staying near Eastern Lake because our kids love the option of the lake play and the ocean play. But, you do have to walk through water to get to the beach at the closest beach entrance. We don’t mind but elderly people or a disabled guest might need to choose a different entrance.

I don’t want to say it was dirty but it certainly wasn’t clean. Very dusty floors sandy in some places and the mattress didn’t have a mattress cover on it….. that was disgusting. They also had the wrong size sheet on it so it kept coming off in the night. Couch was dirty, had slipcovers that were never washed. Some weird boxes on the floor in the main floor bedroom. Some stuff worn out or broken around the property. Amazing location though. Also, I told them I needed to bring my service dog and although I was allowed in the end I kind of had to argue with the person cause they immediately assumed it was an emotion support animal… he is not so that was awkward for me.
