Excellent access to the beach with two walk ups private for the community. The property is also gated and features plenty of room to park, so this is a good rental for a small group/family. The location is great for those who want to explore both Port St. Joe and beyond to Mexico Beach, or simply Indian Pass and Cape San Blas. The upstairs master suite also makes it great for travelling with children. Dog washing station is a big plus!

Fantastic, comfortable, well appointed home. We had a great stay and really enjoyed both our time in and out of the home. Inside is super comfortable for meals and chill time. The upstairs bedroom / bath and balcony are pretty amazing. The view from there is special. Truly steps from the beach down one of two private access paths and even though it was spring break because of where the house is on the beach we literally at times had the beach to ourselves. Definitely a high recommendation to stay, unwind and enjoy. Our lab had the best time of all. Pet friendly home, pet friendly beach happy lab. Must try’s Indian Pass Oyster Bar, Hunts Oyster Bar for sunset, and Skulkys Low Country Boil ( super kind people and very generous portions ), best brewery Buoy Brewing in Apalachicola, flyfishing guide Danielle with Forgotten Coast Fly Company. Couple of tips Neighborhood is gated, be sure to ask for the gate code. Indiana Pass General Store is open and is close and convenient. Cheers !

Nice and low key. Loved KRAZY FISH (live music) first Baptist port st Joe was sweet church for Sunday worship,
Perfect layout and beach view and access
Bring your own everything, including paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. They do provide toilet paper and bar soap.
