House was in a perfect location to the beach (5 min walk), and also about a 10 minute walk to some of Santa Rosa’s great restaurants. The house was the perfect size for me and my husband and could have even fit more people comfortably.

Overall it was good. However, the north side of the house shakes. When sitting on the couch in the den or in the bed in the bedroom above from time to time there is a trimmer. Maybe from the road(30a) or the businesses? It was weird at first but got use to it after a while. Cute house though.

Perfect for a small group. The furnishings worked out great, especially the couch. Seemed like it was new. However, with only one HVAC zone, we had to get the upstairs hot (where the t-stat is located) just to make the first floor comfortable.
