We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, kitchen needs were all met, the deck and beach access was on point! We thoroughly enjoyed the bed swings on the bottom deck for our shaded needs! This was the best weather, calmest and clearest water in our three years of visiting the island! We saw dolphins, lots of fish jumping throughout the day, fishing opportunities, few jellyfish and even caught some hermit crabs! We had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to return next year!

Great vacation home rental! Check-in, check-out pricess was quick and easy. Home was comfortable and spacious, had a well stocked kitchen with lots of prep space and quality appliances. Great uninterupted views of the gulf, with both covered and open seating areas on the large deck. The house is very close to the ocean, so you don't need to lug a lot of stuff to the beach... you can just hop back to the house to refill your drink, grab a snack, etc.

Our family stayed for 1 week and had a good time. The house was very clean upon arrival. The house could have been furnished with a few more household supplies for the size of the house and the number of people it could accommodate. These items were needed: several more kitchen towels (more than 2), more dishwasher detergent (tiny bottle supplied), a drying rack for hand-washed items (none supplied), more than 2 kitchen trash bags, more trash sacks for the bathroom trashes, sharp knives (all were dull), kitchen storage containers like Pyrex or Rubbermaid for leftover food (none supplied).
There was a broken coffee cup in the kitchen cupboard. Several kitchen tiles and tiles outside the laundry room were broken, and the refrigerator was set so cold that it froze our food stored in the back.
