Pianoforte by Febor Hotels&Spa

The location is good. Close to the Fatih mosque and the main road

Staff, location, very comfortable bed, and value for money with the booking.com discounts

No door on the glass fronted mini fridge so bright light all night, stained towels, broken shower.

Location and clean

Breakfast needs changing items and improvement

The Hotel is nice, the rooms were clean, and that's about it.

The Staff are over worked and under paid, so they treat all the guests with the same enthusiasm as they do when they get their pay cheques. If you are going to book this hotel, make sure you say that you have at least two people booking, other wise they will give you the smallest room possible (108). The air conditioner only gives out hot air, if the temperature is cold outside. I don't want hot air in my room and I want the option of cold or hot air with my windows closed. I don't want to open my windows for fresh air and noise from the streets. I want the choice of cold or hot air when I want it. I think people choose this hotel, because of the look of the hotel, but once you stay here, you will quickly realise that it is not worth the time and the money. The breakfast is also devoid of anything fresh. No fresh fruits, small fresh juice for 3 euros!! All the cheese and meats are old, and no one should ever eat rubbish meat like that for breakfast. Choose this hotel at your own risk. Good luck.
