Very clean Nice place for a family We enjoyed our stay

The property is lovely and met our needs of our family with five littles 7 to 2 months. There were adequate dishes, a variety of mismatched other kitchen items, and plenty of towels for 11 of us. We only wish we knew we had to bring all paper products, coffee filters, a broom, and kitchen linens. We have stayed at many VRBO homes over the years and these items are usually available along with some basic condiments. Not a huge deal, we just made a few trips to grocery as we identified needs.A few minor maintenance issues were reported and I am confident they will be addressed before the next guests arrive.

I was very disappointed with the accommodations. At the time of check-in, I received a text from the property manager, stating one of the twin mattresses was damaged and they were in the process of replacing it. The replacement never came. In fact, the other seven twin mattresses need to be replaced. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The living room sectional is very worn out as well and needs replacing. There were several other things that put a damper on the stay, two trash cans overflowing upon arrival, ants crawling all over the kitchen counter, broken light fixtures. This place is definitely in need of a little TLC.
