The Space:
*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a beautification project. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest may experience construction noise during these times. Please be advised of closures.
-Heated pool is closed until the first week of April
-Restaurant is closed until the first week of April
The entrance is redirected to the sides of the buildings for the front desk.
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation close to the hot tub. The gym is available during their regular operating hours.
We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue into Spring of 2026.
The tropical “surfer” inspired decor of this vacation unit invites you to “totally” relax. With patio doors in the bedroom and living area leading to a private balcony, there is an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico awaiting you. This unit also includes tile floors throughout the common areas and baths, a breakfast bar and Nespresso Espresso Machine, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The two baths are equipped with tub/shower combinations. The bedrooms and living room includes televisions and DVD players for your viewing pleasure.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
