High Pointe W41 Nestled in the resort community of High Pointe, between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, this recently updated, fourth-floor condo boasts some of the best views that High Pointe offers. Affectionately referred to as Turtle's Nest on 30A, this corner condo features a wraparound balcony that can be accessed via the primary bedroom, one of the guest bedrooms, living room, and dining room.
In the open living, dining, and kitchen area, find walls of windows showcasing the Gulf and filled with all the comforts of home. Kick back, relax, and take in the sights and sounds of the surf below, along with Crabby Steve's Beachfront Bar and Grill.
Delectable eats can be prepared in the sparkling kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an expanded island. There's a separate dining room and a spacious living room with all the Gulf views. After a fun-filled day, unwind and watch the sunset. Have movie nights in the living area or watch from one of the TVs in each well-furnished bedroom.

Very clean and the perfect location. Def the nicest Highpointe unit we have stayed in. Could be stocked slightly better. Didn’t have any dishwasher detergent upon arrival and no beach towels. Those should be basics for any beach unit. Also would be good to know at time of booking that there was construction going on at the property. That was not disclosed until after final payment was sent. Otherwise, we did love the unit and convenience of the beach. Very clean and updated.

Some of the properties at this location seemed a bit older than others. This unit has been updated and is super nice. Definitely returning! Chair service was seemless, parking was easy, ran into many friends who were down in the same area. Great price point.

The views from this condo are picture perfect! Plenty of space in the condo and nice bathrooms. Location was ideal to walk to good food and entertainment!
