We loved our vacation! The property was very clean. I would recommend cleaning supplies ( brooms/mop) so that I could leave the property just like I found it when I arrived!

We took our 6 year old granddaughter on a short getaway after Christmas. Although is was cold in December we enjoyed being right in the beach and close to so many restaurants and activities.

Everything was great besides the front door was broken when i checked in and no one wouldn't come and fix it. So i had to barricade the front door and my son and me slept in the masters bedroom with the door lock to the bedroom. The company refused to send anyone and said it was not a safety issue.

The property is in a great location. However, the condo itself was cluttered. Too much stuff on counters, closets, pantry, etc. We barely had room for our things. The condo could use a major purge. The master bedroom mattress was terribly uncomfortable - the mattress pad just made it worse. The throw rugs were a trip hazard. The other rugs needed cleaning. Will definitely stay at Summerchase again. We probably won't book this particular condo.
