The Space:
You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience Step inside this beachfront condo at Sterling Shores resort and start creating everlasting memories of your trip to The Sunshine State! Featuring an open kitchen/living/dining area concept, you'll have everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay; from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable living area and enough sitting for everyone! Enjoy your meals al fresco in your furnished balcony and admire the Gulf and beach views without even leaving your vacation rental. Take advantage of the resort's shared, on-site amenities that include a swimming pool and even a grill area! What's nearby: Sterling Shores resort boasts a prime location just moments away from the beach and a short walk to mainland entertainment. You'll be right across Highway 98, which offers a plethora of dining options. The Track is under a mile away and offers family-friendly fun with its go-karts tracks, mini-golf courses, bumper cars, and more! The famous Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is a short two-mile ride and it's a must-visit! Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

We've usually stayed on the eastern side at Sterling Shores over the last 13 years, but this was the first on the west. We caught ourselves looking more out to the strip and watching traffic at night. Fireworks as far as the eye could see on the 4th of July. Cleanest and best condo we've stayed at here. Easily, will stay in this condo again in the future.

Top Floor Corner unit. View were incredible. Unit furnished nicely and beds very comfortable. Already booked for next year!

The property had one working elevator out of three. We stood in line daily to use the one elevator as we were on the top floor having reserved a PH. We stood on line with heavy items in the heat. Very discouraging.

I absolutely love, love, love PH19. As soon I walked through the door, I was blown away at how beautiful this penthouse was. The pictures online was exactly how it looked. The view of the ocean was perfect. The access to the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump...perfect location. The penthouse was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It had beautiful modern decor and very clean. I have adopted this place as my second home. I WILL be back again and again. Five stars for everything!
