The Space:
This modern and stylish fifth-floor condo offers the perfect launching pad for your next Gulf Coast vacation. The open layout and floor-to ceiling French doors that open onto your private balcony let tons of light into the welcoming, tastefully decorated space. Grab some coffee and step out to the balcony for some sweet sunshine in the morning, and then head inside to the well-equipped, full kitchen to make some breakfast. Dine together at the adjacent table, then slip into your swimsuit and head out for the day. Shared amenities at your condo include a gym if you're feeling energetic, as well as beach and oceanfront pools, if you're feeling like a chaise lounge is calling your name. Onsite golf is also available for an extra fee.
After a day of fun, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Grab dinner from one of dozens of nearby restaurants, and settle in on one of the comfy sofas for a little TV before bed. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – both bedroom suites have TVs too, as well as direct balcony access and en suite bathrooms. Tuck the littles into the fun bunk nook by the kitchen, grab a frosty beverage, and step back out onto your balcony to toast your good luck at booking the perfect beach escape.

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We stayed for just a few nights and it was fantastic! Room was beautiful and very clean. We were sad we didn’t book it for longer!

We all LOVED the condo! It was clean, plenty of towels, plenty of space and bathrooms. Even with the construction nearby it was still very peaceful. Our interactions with the staff were all good and they responded quickly! We will absolutely stay here again!

The condo is beautiful, although no homey decorations. Very clean. The view is primarily the parking lot of the neighboring hotels and the street noise is bad. The complex's TV service went out on our 2nd night and never came back. Everyone we saw were very friendly and happy. The beach is great but the pools weren't heated so we didn't use them. The hot tub was nice. Great location! Close to shopping. The restaurant AJ's is right across the street and has live music, food is good. All in all, a good stay!

The condo was super clean, which is the #1 priority in my book. The pools were great. Unfortunately, the lazy river and the kid pools were not heated this time of year, but we really enjoyed the hot tubs, the main pool, and the super close beach access. The beach is AMAZING.
The kids loved the bunk beds. The regular beds were not the most comfortable, but they were not the worst either. Please pay detailed attention to the listing - while there is a coffee maker, there is no filter or coffee. Also, bring your own beach towels. We thought those would be included, but just one set of bath towels were. The property management company was nice though and gave us some extra after we asked. Vacasa contacts you often to check on you throughout the stay, which is a nice touch. I did struggle with the identity check, which they require before arriving and ended up on the phone for more than two hours so stressful beginning. Overall, the trip was great and would recommend the condo!
