Whether exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard, searching for shells on miles and miles of award-winning, unspoiled beaches or just relaxing with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this beach home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast! The vibrant arts, culinary, and shopping scene of historic and charming Apalachicola is just 14 miles away by car!
The exterior of this home offers a circular driveway, under-house concrete parking, and quick access to the community path to the beach. An enclosed outdoor shower will greet you after a long day at the shore. A fish cleaning area and park-style grill make preparing your fresh Florida catch a breeze. The first floor of this vacation home offers a cozy den with a sleeper sofa, TV, and direct access to a furnished and covered deck.
The second level, with a split floor plan, enjoys plenty of sunlight with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The lower level offers a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four.
