In addition to the private pool at the home, you will have access to the beachfront 4500 square foot swimming pools and hot tub and the private beach adjacent to the home.
This darling home situates you within walking distance of beachfront restaurants, large grocery store, activities, and shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a short bike ride away and is a must-visit as well. Enjoy private access to the beach. Other great local attractions include many nearby golf clubs, Timberview Destin Helicopters, The Track - Destin, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Xtreme H2O, and Grayton Beach State Park.
When it comes to outdoor living, this beach gem truly doesn't miss! Delight yourself with an enclosed deck featuring a private pool, a gas grill, extensive palm tree landscaping, many poolside loungers, furniture for your entire group, and outdoor dining areas to enjoy your delicious meals alfresco.
