This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is the perfect addition to your next beach vacation. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk in the bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, unit 310 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. This quaint home away from home features homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony that allows for relaxing evenings watching the sunsets. The balcony is accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, with the guest bathroom and queen bedroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area, and living room. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and perfectly equipt for all your entertaining needs. Also available is the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub, perfect for relaxing the evening away. Step out onto the large balcony and watch for the dolphins and listen to the waves crash on the sandy white beaches below.

My family and I came to visit the beach in June 2025. My sister and I grew up here so we were thrilled to get to stay on the beach. The condo is perfectly located for us, not too close to the pier, near restaurants and shopping. Shortest walk to the beach every day with 2 chair beach service and umbrella. We felt so spoiled! This property has a parking garage so you can park a short distance from your room and not have to fool with the elevator every time. Also this keeps your car parked in the shade and way cooler (unless you are on top floor). Condo was well stocked, is comfortable and has lots of storage. Very large pool and separate large pool that was more shallow. Also showers on the boardwalk to rinse off as you come off the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great location, great parking with the attached deck, not a wide beach walk to the water for a person with bad knees, great amenities.

The size, furnishings and facility were as promised. And more affordable than other locations. Last year at another facility we spent way more and not as nice.
I rated Communications with property manager low because there was a time lag (3+ hours) from the time I initiated an air conditioner call until it was resolved. The automated answering system & reply via text was a challenge, but resolved when I started texting with a human. The a/c issue was thermostat programming.
There was multiple follow upcalls & texts with the property manager during the remainder of our stay.
I would go back to the Waters Edge #310 again!
