Plan your perfect family vacation in our amazing oceanfront beach condo, Waters Edge 604. This amazing beach rental offers sleeping for eleven in a three-bedroom floorplan, perfect for a family with children or teens. Our sixth-floor beach condo rental offers covered parking, open floor plan, and modern upgrades. From room-to-room, you will feel pampered with granite countertops, stainless appliances, crown molding, and tile flooring throughout. All reservations receive free beach service between March 1 and October 31. Two chairs and an umbrella are provided by the professional beach vendor daily.
The Full Kitchen and dining area are equipped with the latest in stainless appliances...dishes, silverware, and cookware are included. A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and full-size oven make your week at the beach feel like home. We provide both k-cup and standard coffee makers for that perfect start to every day. An air fryer is also provided as an extra in this unit.

Beach access at Waters Edge Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.

I had a great experience staying at this condo and would definitely book it again. We had a group of 11 people, and everyone fit comfortably with plenty of space. The condo was well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and all of the beds were very comfortable.The balcony was one of our favorite features. It offered an amazing view, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy it. The entire property was well maintained, and the pool area was always clean and inviting.One of the biggest conveniences was the parking setup. Being able to drive to the top level of the parking garage and simply walk across to the elevators made unloading luggage and groceries incredibly easy. There were also always plenty of luggage carts available, which is something we don’t often find at beach condos in the area.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was typical of God’s mighty handiwork, which was absolutely amazing!!!! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of seven adults and a baby. We throughly enjoyed our vacation.

Needs better mattress, WiFi needs to be better, the unit was not that clean when we good there. Balcony is not big enough for the 8 people we had.
