Side B- Designed with family vacations in mind, this beautifully appointed duplex offers spacious accommodations and modern coastal comfort. The open-concept main living area features 12-foot ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar seating, a dining area, and access to a private balcony perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The home includes four king bedrooms, three with private en-suite bathrooms, plus a bunk room with two bunk beds ideal for children or additional guests.
First Floor: Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area; one king bedroom with private bathroom; laundry room with washer and dryer; half bathroom.
Second Floor: Two king bedrooms with private bathrooms; third king bedroom; bunk room; full bathroom.
Additional features include a private gated pool, dog-friendly accommodations with no restrictions, and a state-of-the-art kitchen perfect for enjoying a catered chef-prepared meal while you relax and unwind. We can provide chef/catering vendor suggestions if needed.

Easy check in process via email and door code given before 4pm check in time. Enough ammenities to start the trip such as dishwasher pods, detergent, paper towels, etc. PoolArea was nice and clean. Pool towels were provided so we could keep our sandy beach towels separate. A few beach toys were included - we used the boogie board quite a bit. Overall the house was very nice for our group of 12. My only request for a house that size is more comfortable couch seating for a large party - couch and 2 chairs in living room sat 6 so rest of party when lounging together has to sit at dining table or bar. Overall amazing house and would love to book again next summer!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Feels high end and luxurious. The house itself and pool make up for the lack of a great view. Only two negatives: water pressure on the left side of the house was very weak and the floors, although swept clean, badly needed mopped. We just went and bought a mop. The house was spotless otherwise and adequately supplied. We would definitely return and recommend.

The place was beautiful, but the floor was dirty. If you didn’t wear your shoes, you had black feet. We booked this beach rental for a fun ladies' trip to a conference... but the house and location were so perfect, we ended up ditching the conference altogether. Seriously—it’s that good.The house was super clean, the beach is literally right across the street, and the private pool (which can be heated!) made it hard to even want to leave. There was plenty of parking, and we loved having so many food options just a short walk away—no need to hop in the car constantly.Only things to keep in mind: if you’re noise-sensitive, know that the duplex setup means you might hear the neighbors pretty clearly. And there are a lot of stairs, so it’s not the best choice for anyone with mobility issues.But otherwise? Absolute gem. Already dreaming about our next stay!
