Find your bliss at Southern Serenity, a 3BR/3.5BA (plus bunkroom) home that offers an unbeatable Gulf getaway. Walk 13 minutes to the Dune Allen Beach Access point or 3 minutes to the nearby resort-style pool. A convenient location just off 30A keeps you close to restaurants, shops, and scenic walking/biking trails.
Two floors of brand-new living space ensure a memorable stay. Highlights include professional decor, screened patios, and a spacious all-suite layout.
LIVING AREA
The sunlit living area is furnished with a large sectional and two comfy armchairs. Festive beach decor captures the laid-back spirit of the South Walton area. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the 60” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen offers an abundance of preparation space on the sleek granite countertops Sip drinks at the four-person island bar as dinner simmers on the six-burner gas range.
When it’s time to eat, the dining table seats 10 to coastal meals.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a bunkroom.
The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a 32” TV. A twin-over-twin bunk bed in the large walk-in closet provides extra sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second and third bedroom each include a king bed, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bunkroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle.
A half bath creates additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Screened porches on the front and the back of the home provide a shaded retreat from which to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two on the front porch or recline in a love seat with cold beverages at sunset.
The screened balcony showcases charming views of your quiet Dune Allen community.
Upon returning from the beach, an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off. Prepare your catch-of-the-day on the gas grill.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars are provided.
The unheated community pool is open year-round.
*One surveillance camera is installed at the side door. It is always on, is capable of recording sound, and will only begin recording video/sound when motion is detected near the camera.

Lovely beach house exactly as pictured and decorated very nicely. Was very clean. Comfortable beds and lots of towels. Bring your own beach towels as none provided. Kitchen was wonderful and very well equipped. Tripped breaker in kitchen one evening wand it wasn't resolved until the following afternoon. Breaker box is in garage which you don't have access to. Unsecured Wifi using Turnkey network continually lost connectivity and eventually stopped working. Resolved quickly when Turnkey provided password for secured CenturyLink network. Enjoyed the 3 screened in porches but had a very hard time locking and unlocking the screen doors. The 3 beach chairs provided were terrible and should be thrown out. The pool is a short walk away and very clean. BBQ gas grill was very clean and came in handy.
