We had a lovely stay at this property. Upon arrival at home after the trip, we realized that my 10 year old left her favorite stuffed animal in one of the beds. I emailed and texted the property manager, in the same way that she had responded before. No response. Disappointing. Even if the cleaners did not find the stuffed animal (doubtful), respond and say, "Sorry, we didn't find it." Instead my daughter asks me every day if there's be any response, to which I have to respond, "No." Good customer service means continuing to respond, even after I am no longer spending money at your property.

Great week on 30A- it was just so hot! Positives- The house was perfect / excellent location! 3rd floor patio had nice partial view of ocean and was nice to enjoy our coffee in morning and cocktail at night! 2 minute walk to pool and very short walk to beach- tram stop right by the house but we didn’t even use it -Definitely rent bikes to explore nearby Alys and Rosemary beach areas! Rental company was great- check in for house was easy!
We were able to go straight to house which was awesome- but then you have to pick up welcome
Packet at the pool- no problem really with that other than a long line- and wearing wristbands to pool and beach didn’t bother us- The pool area is amazing! Although minor inconveniences due to HOA rules we understood staff was there and rules in place to keep area nice- I appreciated the adult swim bell - 10 minutes with no kids 10 or under in pool- but if you have little ones, that could be annoying but it’s only 10 minutes.
Our only negative was community beach- it was very crowded (again it was holiday week so not sure if it’s always that crowded in summer or not) so we always had issues finding chairs at pool and the beach was so small- most of space was taken up by the rental chairs so space for everyone else with own chairs was madness!!!! Unfortunately with beach being a major draw
For us- although everything else was great- we probably would not stay in this particular community again summer! I would

The house is GREAT!!! Location is so central and easy to walk everywhere! I don't think we got in the car except to go grocery shopping! Walked to the beach - so simple, rented chairs and it was amazing! Walked to Alys and Rosemary! got bikes from Peddlers - it was so close. We did have 2 15 year old daughters with us and we let them ride bikes alone during the day but at night they had to stay with us. I would definitely stay here again - maybe just not during Atlanta spring break.... :) That was def an interesting experience but nothing to do with this home! The house was EXACTLY what we wanted and the rooftop porch was great too.
