Welcome to Park View A, a beautifully renovated historic apartment built in 1875 and thoughtfully updated to blend timeless Savannah charm with modern comfort. This first-floor, three-bedroom, two-bath residence sits directly across from the south end of Forsyth Park, giving guests unbeatable access to one of Savannah’s most iconic and picturesque outdoor spaces. With classic architectural features, soaring ceilings, and abundant natural light, Park View A offers an inviting home base for your stay in the Historic District.
The spacious living room overlooks the park and features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace that adds charm and warmth to the space. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and includes a dining area with seating for six to eight guests—ideal for casual breakfasts or a cozy dinner in. Throughout the apartment you will find new mattresses, stylish furnishings, freshly refinished hardwood floors, and carefully selected décor that enhances the historic character of the home.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, decorative fireplace, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and TV, while the third offers a queen bed and TV. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located off the living room. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and air, and fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay.
Guests enjoy a shared entryway and access to a charming front porch with beautiful views of Forsyth Park—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon sun. Please note that the decorative fireplaces are sealed and non-working.

My team was in town for work, for about a week, so this was a great "extended" stay, very equipped with everything we needed. This is the cutest house with the coolest location- right across the park!! I did not realize that Lucky Savannah is in charge of this property, so next time I will book straight through their website! They were very responsive and helpful. When we first arrived, I did not read through the instructions very well and could not get in, but we did not realize this was a split house, so there are two codes to get in. I called Lucky Savannah, and they answered and helped right away. They were very kind about my silly mistake. The living room area is very spacious; it was great for us to do some work, but I also enjoyed going out and sitting on the front porch. This house is literally 10 steps from the park, within walking distance to sentient bean, brighter day, and so much more. Parking is kind of a hassle, of course, being right next to Forsyth, but you can easily pull into the alleyway to unload and load up. Thank you again, and would love to book again in the future.

Perfect location overlooking beautiful Forsyth park. Not far from downtown Savannah. Natural grocer and coffee shop right next door. Many great restaurants in the area as well. Enjoyed the farmer’s market and people watching from the porch!
