Finally back from Helene March 2026! Cozy cabin nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from downtown Boone and within ~15 minutes to Blowing Rock, Appalachian Ski mountain, or most other nearby attractions. Whether you are looking to experience the lively downtown scene or in search of your own outdoor adventure one thing is sure... Hillside Hideaway is convenient to it all. Once your adventure(s) are completed relax and take in the views from the deck and listen to the creek below.

This is my 3rd time staying at this home, but the first under this ownership. Steve has done a great job of upgrading the property. It is very clean and has everything you could need. I love the location- only 5 minutes from King Street in Boone. The view is great. Feels like you are a bit in the country but so close to town. Loved it so much booked another stay during check-out for 2 months later!

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views from front deck.Centrally located to many attractions. Host Steve was responsive and very willing to make sure we had a great vacation! Very pleased!
