Building management strictly prohibits guests from hosting parties or gatherings in the clubhouse. This space is reserved exclusively for LTV residents. Any unauthorized use will result in a $1,000 fine charged to the responsible guest.

We’re a pet-friendly community. Please note the following:

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval
✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee; per pet, per stay
✔️ Stays 7-15 days: $150 flat rate pet fee; per pet, per stay
✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $300 pet fee; per month; per stay

✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit
✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated
✔️ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

✔️ Any damage, odors, or extra cleaning caused by pets will result in additional charges

⚠️ Dryer Notice (Important)
This building uses a ventless dryer, which works differently from standard dryers.
For best results:
Set the cycle to Sanitary
Set the dry level to 3
At the end of the cycle, clothes may feel slightly damp — this is normal.
Simply remove them and hang or lay flat. They will fully dry within a few minutes when exposed to air.
