Easy check-in. Unit had washer & dryer. Stocked with all we needed. Access to the gym. Did not use the rooftop pool, but it looked nice

Air con did not work in our 2 bed apartment. Completely stuffed. The response online was good but we ended up in 2 one bedroom apartments, floors apart. We had traveled from Australia to visit our daughter (who lives in NYC) and met in Dallas so having that first few nights in separate apartments was not what we wanted. Sheets thin, towels old and grey.
