On the upper floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a second room with a single bed with air conditioning and access to the terrace, a living-dining room with spectacular sea views, air conditioning and access to a beautiful terrace with open views of the Moraira bay. An independent fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom.
On the lower floor, we find the second dwelling with an independent kitchen, a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a living-dining room with air conditioning, a complete bathroom and the fourth room with two single beds and air conditioning.

A great attraction of this property is its private 8x4 metre swimming pool, perfect for children to play and adults to relax under the Mediterranean sun.
