Renovated apartment in Puerto Pollença, a few meters from the port supermarket and pharmacy and 400 meters from the sea, this apartment can accommodate 2 people.
The apartment has a large connecting room, one of which has a double bed. It also has a bathroom with shower on the terrace. In the living room we find a sofa and two armchairs, the bedroom has a smart TV. The kitchen is open, fully equipped and with modern appliances. From the living room it is possible to access the terrace through glass doors, where we find a dining table and chairs to enjoy meals outside with barbecue.
Convenience and Service:
Parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, central heating, kettle, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, 2 coffee makers, table tennis. Property furnished with sheets and towels.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are extra. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from his duty of care. Nothing will be deducted from the security deposit provided the use of the house is reasonable.
