Outside, a beautiful private courtyard greets you with its green lawn, manicured hedges and a view of the surrounding buildings, perfect for relaxing in the sun or sipping a morning coffee. The apartment's windows open directly onto this exclusive space.
The open-space living room is bright and airy, with a high ceiling and a soft gray fabric sofa, oval black marble table for 4, and Smart TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and fridge. The room's four large windows flood the room with natural light.
The master bedroom is located upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, with a comfortable queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Downstairs, however, there is the second bedroom with a single bed. The apartment has two bathrooms: one ensuite with shower and upstairs, and a second bathroom with tub downstairs, next to the second bedroom.
A welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower foam is at your complete disposal.
