• Quiet hours: 10pm–8am (no loud music or parties)

• Events or occupancy above reservation amount require prior written approval.

• Occasional groundskeeping may occur during your stay (privacy respected)

• High fire-risk area: No fires or smoking permitted

• Wildlife is present (including but not limited to deer, coyotes, bobcats, and bears). Please DO NOT leave food in vehicles or outdoors.

• There is a third home on the property that is occasionally used by the owner. The only shared areas would be the paved road between the bridge entrance and owner home.

Guest access

You have full and private access to two living structures and outdoor amenities situated on approximately 20 acres



Other things to note

• Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day. Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such conduct. If such behavior continues, you and your party will be evicted without a refund.

• The pool and hot tub areas are not fenced. Use of pool and hot tub are at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use.

• Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed inside or within close proximity to the property or $200 fee will be charged + any costs associated with removing odor. We are in a high-risk fire zone and all cigarettes must be disposed of in water properly.

• No parties or events without the host's signed permission

• No unauthorized pets allowed, or a $500 fee will be charged due to excessive cleaning needed between guest stays

• If you are younger than 23 please notify us in advance of your reservation

• The home is in the mountains which means there are all types of animals that may go through property, including bears, deer, bobcats, coyotes, etc. It is imperative that you do not leave food outside or in cars to keep bears away. Anytime you walk mountain trails you should have a buddy and something to make loud noises if you encounter an animal.

• Pool and spa cleaning are regularly scheduled and vendor will be on site for 15-25 minutes.

• Please take extreme caution when walking along or in the creek. Water flow and rocks/branches underwater are unpredictable and slippery.

• Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. There is plenty of outdoor parking to accomodate parking needs.
