With a capacity of about 12 people, it is the perfect place to share special moments with family or friends.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
Just a few minutes from Auxerre downtown, this spacious 280 m² villa offers two large outdoor terraces, perfect for relaxing, sharing a meal or organising a barbecue, all out of sight.
Inside, the fully renovated villa has a swimming pool for up to 12 people, accessible directly from the house via a secure door, or from the outside. Sunbeds are also at your disposal to fully enjoy the comfort of the villa.
The living and dining room offer a convivial space with a large table, a sofa (one of which is convertible), a TV and high-speed internet access (fiber optic).
The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: oven, hob, dishwasher and two coffee machines (Nespresso and classic filter). A glass roof separates the kitchen from the living room, bringing light and conviviality.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, all with new bedding:
- Master suite: double bed (160 cm), spacious dressing room, television and private bathroom.PGJyPg�PGJyPg- Bedroom with terrace: double bed (140 cm) and private terrace without vis-à-vis.PGJyPg�PGJyPg
- Double bedroom: double bed (160 cm).
- Triple bedroom: three single beds for adults.

The villa has two bathrooms: one with a large walk-in shower, the other with a freestanding bathtub. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
The games room will delight young and old: table football, connected TV, children's play area (board games, puzzles, cards, toys) and games for adults. Outside, a trampoline, a swing and a ping-pong table guarantee hours of entertainment for the whole family.
