Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dog must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* $100 non-refundable pet fee will apply- must add pet to reservation
* Parking for 1 vehicle

My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot it is:•I had asked for extra set of towels, I only got one. They were never delivered, but I made do. Not a horrible problem and this may have been me not being there to receive them. I didn’t check back in w/ host being it wasn’t a huge issue. •Hair on the floor, again not a huge deal but could use an extra vacuum in vanity area. Baseboards could use a good wipe. •Balcony: I was upset to see how small and no privacy between balconies. If this was listed(unless I overlooked) it would have given me a better heads up. •This is NOT on the host, but an ice maker here would be GREAT.Over all, I enjoyed the spot. Will be booking again in future.
