The location was great.

When we arrived you can tell the sheets were not cleaned. They were sandy and had hair all over them. There was also a lit cigarette on the bed when we walked in lying on the duvet. I called the number provided and he asked me if I wanted someone to come re-clean…. Ummmm yes? Why was that even a question he did not seem to concerned about the lit cigarette either. HOWEVER, Sheila the head cleaning lady came immediately to redo the beds and provide us with clean sheets and was very kind and upset with the conditions we walked in to.

The only thing I liked about the property was that the beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like many things about the property. The main thing was that we were a total of three people. Two adults and a child. And they only provided 2 towels. And they said there’s no staff and we requested an additional towel since we were staying 3 nights. And they said that unfortunately they only provided 2 towels per room. Which is absurd 2 towels for 3 people to use during a three night stay. Ridiculous. Another thing was that they completely forgot to provide our number to retrieve the key. And trying to u lock the door with the pin they gave us was horrible since they kept providing different numbers and none were right. Another thing too was our ceiling fan was completely full of dust and green mold on it. My husband had to wipe it down because it was completely full of dust. And last our room smelled very musty and had mold in our AC unit. We would not book again here. Not a great experience.
