Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from shops, beaches, restaurants, and the ferry terminal for Batz Island, this apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway.
As soon as you enter, a hallway with a separate restroom leads you to the living area, located on the second floor. This opens onto a balcony furnished with a dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a filter coffee maker, opens onto a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. Thanks to a large picture window, the living area is bathed in light and offers a magnificent view of the waterfront.
The bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level, accessible via a spiral staircase, adding to the unique charm of this Roscovite duplex.
The bright bedroom opens onto a second balcony. It is furnished with a bed consisting of two 90 x 190 cm mattresses joined together, a dresser, and storage space.
