Just renovated in respect of Breton architecture, this cottage is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Roscoff, opposite the pier to the island of Batz.
You will be surprised by the contrast between the calm that emerges in the animation and the adjacent streets.
Be attentive, the fishing boats that dock deliver us their treasures: spiders, crabs or lobsters ...
After a hard day on the beach, canoeing, hiking, discovering our heritage ...
What better than a good fish or a dinner in one of the gourmet restaurants that are located close to ...
The walled patio and the south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day.

The entrance is through a large living room consisting of a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one equipped with a bed 160/200, the other three beds 90/200 which two are in an integrated mezzanine) and a bathroom with toilet .

Our pets are welcome, but only after prior agreement, because the cottage is not suitable for all (no garden ...).

Wonderful location. Would prefer to have a stronger lock on back door for when I was on my own and a curtain on front door even though the interior styling is so lovely and area seems exceptionally safe.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bam Kalon. such a great location right in the middle of the town, but at the same time very quiet because of the layout of the house, with a courtyard between the house and the street. A beautiful, tastefully presented property. The best location ever, where you just step out of the front door to be immersed in the charming life of Roscoff. Restaurants and tasteful shops are at your doorstep and you can also admire the old worldly charm of Roscoff, as well as live the everyday life of the roscovites. Enjoy the fresh seafoods and food and don't forget the QuigAman. Bam Kalon, the house is superb. Beautifully appointed and presented. I even cooked a homard in the big pots provided. The courtyard is a little oasis as it gets the sun minus the wind which can be around. Another great point is the fact that 2 bikes were provided and used ( we were without a car so they came in handy) furthermore, the hosts, Benoît and Isabelle were fabulous and did everything to help us, including picking us and our luggage up when the SNCF was on strike and our train was not running. Thank you for a most wonderful stay in Roscoff. Guénolée, Jeff, Annie and Michael

Wonderful location right in the middle of Roscoff and yet a very secluded, hidden gem! All you can hear are the birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated with love, combining modern technology with architectural finesse. You'll also find lots of useful information on the area in the house, carefully prepared by Isabelle and Benoit who greeted us in the kindest way possible. We very much enjoyed our stay - plenty of sun on the patio, too!

The owners were waiting for us at the agreed time and made us feel very welcome. An excellent handover. The house was absolutely stunning. Through an outside door on the main street, through a short alley to a wonderful, quiet courtyard. The house was beautifully appointed with a fully equiped kitchen, big dinningtable and confortable seats; a decking area with seats, table and bbq at the rear. A modern bathroom and ample sized bedrooms completed the accomodation. It was even better than described in the blurb and right in the centre of Roscoff. A dozen restaurants within 50m, beaches, harbour and interesting walks. A really great holiday location with very friendly owners. We will return!

Roscoff ist ein wunderschöner, lebendiger Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Das Haus ist sehr Central aber absolut Ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Danke an die netten Vermieter für die persönliche Übergabe und die vielen Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Our second visit to this beautiful location and wonderful house. Really a jewel, totaly quiet but still in the middle of Roscoff. With all the things you need for a relaxing vacation. And even if the weather is not good, you habe enough possibilities to do with visiting nice sites, enjoy reading a good book or cook something special with seafood. Also good starting point for exploring ther northern Bretagne. And the landlors are just really nice people... Thanks a lot, we will come again...

Tolle Location mitten im Ort und unmittelbar am Wasser - für alle die das Meer und die Bretagne lieben ein schöne Möglichkeit auch mal mitten im französischem Leben Platz zu nehmen und das bei absoluter Ruhe. Wir haben es sehr genossen und hatten zudem sehr nette Vermieter. Karin & Gert G.

Das Haus liegt absolut zentral. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und der Innenhof und und auch die Terrasse sind nicht einsehbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer modern gebaut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Sehr schönes Haus, super ausgestattet es ist wirklich allles da, was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist exzellent, sehr ruhig durch einen Vorhof ist das Haus gut abgeschirmt. Auch die schöne (Sonnen-)Terrasse ist für andere nicht einsehbar. Trotzdem befindet man sich direkt im Ortskern mit unmittelbarer Sicht auf den Hafen und die bekannten Anlegerbrücke, von der aus täglich mehrmals Fähren zur Ile de Batz fahren. Für weitere Ausflüge stehen zwei Fahrräder (inkl. Helmen) zur Verfügung. Die technische Ausstattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr gut, auf dem großen Fernseher konnte sogar deutsches Fernsehen empfangen werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sowohl die Verabredung beim Eintreffen als auch bei der Abreise haben wunderbar funktioniert. Wir kommen geren einmal wieder und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen!

Notre famille de 4 personnes (parents et deux adolescents) avons aimé séjourner en février dans cette vieille maison de pierre, rénovée avec beaucoup d'attention par des propriétaires charmants. Une férue de cuisine comme moi a particulièrement apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée :). La maison est très bien située dans le quartier animé du vieux Roscoff avec ses boutiques et restaurants, et cependant très calme car elle est sise au fond d'un joli patio. Lorsqu'on ouvre la porte principale donnant sur une placette, on fait face au port et à la mer turquoise qui porte le regard vers le large et l'île de Batz. Bravo Isabelle et Benoît pour ce bel endroit authentique et reposant.

A very lovely, cosy and super well equipped house right in the center of Roscoff. Even though in the middle of everything it's calm and peaceful with a beautiful terrace in the back. Isabelle and Benoît are very nice and very responsive hosts - we can definitely recommend this gem!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Söhnen zwei Wochen in Bam Kalon verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in Roscoff - und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig! Alles ist mit Liebe gestaltet, man merkt an jedem kleinen Detail, wieviel Wert auf das Design gelegt wurde. Und trotzdem ist alles sehr funktional und praktisch. Uns hat es in diesen zwei Wochen an nichts gefehlt: die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine hat uns ermöglicht, mit wenig Gepäck zu reisen. Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Parkplatz ist fast immer direkt vor dem Haus frei. Roscoff ist ein tolles Ausgangsgebiet für Ausflüge. Wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann wieder! Ein großer Dank an Isabelle und Benoit, die alles dafür getan haben, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt haben!
