Located in Tower 1 of the premier Majestic Beach Resort, this 1-bedroom condo with a bunk area and sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is thoughtfully designed for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy a high-end beach getaway.

As you enter the unit, the master bedroom is located to the right and features a king-size bed, SMART TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the dedicated bunk area on the right, complete with twin bunk beds and a flatscreen TV—perfect for kids to enjoy movies or games. Attached to the bunk area is the second full bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower.

At the end of the hallway, the condo opens into a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area with breathtaking Gulf views. This space features modern furnishings, warm greenery accents, and sleek finishes that create a welcoming coastal vibe. The fully stocked kitchen includes standard appliances along with additional conveniences such as a Keurig and blender. The living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, modern furniture, and direct access to the large private balcony.

Step outside onto the spacious balcony to enjoy plenty of seating while taking in the beautiful Panama City Beach sunsets. Outdoor furnishings include a couch and two Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing, dolphin watching, or unwinding after a day on the sand.

Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are included to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Majestic Beach Resort offers some of the best amenities in Panama City Beach. Guests enjoy access to four pools, including an indoor heated pool and a covered outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a full-size movie theater with stadium seating that plays movies weekly, a tennis and pickleball court located on the roof of the parking garage, and a game room with a foosball table, pool table, and ping pong table. During the season, guests also appreciate the convenience of the on-site market and H2O Bar and Grille.

After booking, guests will receive a link to register their vehicle(s) directly with the Majestic Beach Resort HOA. Parking is available for a one-time fee of $41.50 per vehicle and is set and collected by the resort.

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
