The historic mansion, also known as the “Haus von Harlem,” stands on ground steeped in history: Built around 1790 on the foundations of the former Greetsiel Castle, it continues to embody history, dignity, and East Frisian serenity to this day. The Attena apartment welcomes you with a spacious, open living area characterized by exposed beams, high ceilings, and thoughtful details. Here you’ll find a large double bed, a cozy sofa area with a TV, and a large dining table—ideal for long evenings, conversations, and shared meals.
A real highlight is the cozy loft, which opens up above the living area like a small retreat—perfect for reading, relaxing, or simply unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area and, in addition to everything you need, offers a charming cozy nook in the style of a box bed as well as a small counter for dining or enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning.
The private bedroom features a comfortable double bed and offers a quiet retreat. The apartment is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower.
Despite its quiet location above the rooftops, you’ll be right in the heart of Greetsiel: The harbor, small shops, and numerous restaurants and cafés are just a few meters away and easily accessible on foot.
