Spend the most precious days of the year in our newly built vacation apartment, "Küstenglück." Located on quiet Boomstroat, right next to a field, this approximately 70-square-meter apartment features a bright and modern living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and access to a sunny balcony, as well as a bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower. An additional restroom adds a special touch of comfort. You’ll find high-quality, comfortable box-spring beds both in the cozy bedroom with a double bed and in the converted attic. With its comfortable reading chair and an additional TV, the attic also serves as the perfect retreat—complete with a magnificent view of Greetsiel’s famous twin windmills! The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the built-in infrared sauna, which promises relaxation after long walks or bike rides. You can also unwind on the furnished balcony, where the awning provides the necessary sun protection. Another plus are the two available parking spaces, as well as the bicycle storage room, where you can charge your pedelecs and e-bikes for free. Thanks to the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the storage room, this apartment is also particularly sustainable, as part of the electricity consumed is generated on-site. The apartment has also been certified with five stars by the German Tourism Association for its high quality.
At “Boomstroat 15,” we can offer you four residential units. If you are traveling with more than four people, additional apartments can be booked.
