in a prime location in GREETSIEL—central yet quiet, on the edge of Greetsiel’s historic town center. From here, you can reach the idyllic harbor, the twin windmills, and the town center—with its historic house facades and picturesque 17th-century alleys—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The wellness center, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby.
This allergy-friendly vacation home (non-smoking) features 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (2x 90x2m on the first floor and upper floor) plus 2 single beds (90x2m on the upper floor). The bedrooms are equipped with exterior blinds and fly screens. From the children’s room, you have a wonderful view of the canal. The children’s room also has a second TV (81 cm). The floors in the bedrooms are laminate. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers (one on the first floor and the other on the upper floor). The shower has a low threshold. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have a TV outlet for a TV you might bring along.
The first floor is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. The large, light-filled living-dining room is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, egg cooker, oven, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, hand blender, baking pans, and much more.
There is a micro hi-fi system with CD/MP3/USB; the TV (satellite) is equipped with a slot for pay TV (please bring your own card).
There is an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and a hair dryer. The bathroom on the first floor has a washer and dryer.
Fly screens are installed in the living/dining area as well as in the bathroom.
The patio is furnished and includes 6 garden chairs and a patio umbrella.
A garden shed (e.g., for the bicycles you bring with you) is included with the house.
In addition, a shared dock on the canal is available.
A parking space is located at the house.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, es fehlt nur an der Möglichkeit Streaming Angebote (Netflix, Amazon Prime, RTL+) zu nutzen, das lässt die Internetverbindung nicht zu - Es ist okay das VPN gesperrt ist, aber das könnte man doch freigeben. ARD/ZDF Mediatheken gehen komischerweise.
Aber das war es auch schon, selbst zum Kuchen backen wäre alles da! Sehr zu empfehlen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, windstiller Freisitz, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Gartenhäuschen für die Räder, Kohle- und Elektrogrill, Küche wirklich alles da, was man braucht.
Wichtig zu erwähnen ist höchstens noch, dass die Tür zum Schlafzimmer im EG nur 60 Grad, 2/3 aufgeht, am Doppelbett gestoppt wird, das ist eher suboptimal.
