The property sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen and lounge/dining area. Outside is a pretty, enclosed lawn as well as a patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, plus off road parking for two cars. Just a short drive from the desirable village of Rock, Applestore is a cosy and welcoming country home for couples and small families. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 100 GBP.

The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the river from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay. Just around the corner toward Pentire Head is the surfing paradise at Polzeath, and when the beach no longer calls, there’s a golf course nearby, several stately homes and gardens to visit.
