This feature ensures maximum tranquillity, absence of traffic, and a high level of privacy, while still remaining within short walking distance of the village’s main services and points of interest.

ACCESS AND PARKING

Art & Sea Boutique Villa is located in a pedestrian-access area and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is on foot via a panoramic pedestrian path with steps, consistent with the traditional urban structure of Praiano. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations or those uncomfortable with stairs.

• Complimentary Porter service for luggage is available for a smooth check-in and check-out.

• Private paid Garage available on request (advance reservation strongly recommended, especially in high season).

• Public paid parking available at approximately 500–6300 meters, subject to availability and often limited during peak periods.



GETTING AROUND
