The bungalow stands out for its secluded location and phenomenal panoramic views. It features three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the master bedroom. The bungalow is situated very close to the N125—the Algarve’s main thoroughfare—yet elevated and far enough away to avoid any noise disturbance. It’s an ideal starting point for exploring the Algarve, both to the east and to the west. However, a car is essential. The beach is just a few minutes’ drive away (about 5 minutes to Praia Albandeira and a little longer to Praia Marinha). The nearest shopping options are in Lagoa, about a 5-minute drive away. Carvoeiro, a small coastal town, is also just 5–10 minutes away. The bungalow is located in Porches or Torre, which is a neighborhood of Lagoa. The Nobel International School serves as a landmark; it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the house. The private pool is filled year-round but is not heated. The rooftop terrace is perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets, and the outdoor grill can also be used all year round. The house is, of course, equipped with Wi-Fi, two TVs, and its own washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Check-in is contactless via a key safe.
The house also offers free parking (3 parking spaces). There is also a high chair and a fireplace that can be used as needed.
The air conditioner is located in the living/dining area. Fans are available for the bedrooms.
