Come and stay in this charming stone house, nestled just a stone's throw from the beaches in the commune of Arzon. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has been designed for your comfort. Its garden will allow you to enjoy convivial meals in the sun, thanks in particular to its barbecue. Ideally located, the first beach is just 350 metres away, and numerous activities are accessible nearby, ensuring you leave with wonderful memories.
Upon your arrival in this house, you will discover the living area with the sofa/television corner as well as the dining table overlooking the garden. Just next door, you will access the fully equipped open kitchen; it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a filter coffee maker.
The house has 2 bedrooms, both located upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190)
You also have a shared bathroom on the ground floor with a hairdryer, as well as an independent toilet.
To park, 1 private parking space is available in front of the house.
Ideally for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:

- 550 m from the Fontaines beach,
- 2 km from the "Intermarché" supermarket,
