In the heart of the very typical village of Monténo, in Port-Navalo, a beautiful bungalow, very bright, 75 m², completely renovated.
An ideal location, on a quiet street, with the beaches 2 minutes' walk away, and numerous coastal paths nearby.

In the House :
- A beautiful living room, with a TV lounge, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.
- Separate toilet + bathroom with shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
- A 1st bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed + dressing room
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 + a dressing room and an office area.

Wir haben im Juli 2022 einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem schönen, gepflegten Haus verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts, die Küche war super gut ausgestattet, alles tip top! Ein schöner kleiner Garten und die Garage mit Fahrrädern, besser geht es nicht. Yann ist ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Objekt ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Logement lumineux, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. On se sent chez soit. Idéalement placé pour les personnes recherchant du calme. Le GR34 se situe à proximité du logement pour les balades le long du golfe. En plus le propriétaire est très sympa. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Belle maison orientée plein sud, décorée avec gout, moderne et fonctionnelle. Cuisine bien équipée, grande pièce à vivre très agréable, grande propreté, au calme et bien située en bout de presqu'ile. Très bon accueil du propriétaire : tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le gîte est très bien situé dans la presqu’île, la tranquillité est de mise. De jolies randonnées pédestres s’offrent à nous aux abords du gîte. On se sent tout de suite chez soi, de part la propreté, l’agencement, la luminosité...Bref c’était un réel plaisir et un grand merci à Yann pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für das sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige, moderne und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Yann. Yann nous a reçu très chaleureusement et sa maison est parfaite ! Très propre, bien équipée, tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter. La maison est à 5 minutes à pied d'une jolie plage, calme et vue sur le Golfe. Les enfants étaient ravis, les adultes aussi ! Très bonne adresse pour découvrir le Morbihan !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans une région superbe à visiter avec ses sentiers côtiers de randonnée de toute beauté et les îles toutes proches ( île aux Moines à faire à pied (17 km de sentiers côtiers). La maison est très joliment décorée, très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Rien ne manque dans cette location, on se sent comme chez soi. Tout est prévu aussi bien pour les grands que pour les enfants. Le propriétaire, très sympa, nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec des petites attentions de bienvenue.Nous nous sommes quittés comme de vieux amis. Nous reviendrons dès que possible dans cette location, très bien située en bord de mer avec sa crêperie inoubliable. Merci encore à YANN . Ghis et Pat
